Your jewelry is defective and is still under warranty* please contact our customer service at the address: serviceclients@zagbijoux.fr our customer service will take care of responding to you.

In the email, please attach:

  • the order number: EU-0********
  • photos of the defective jewelry

*All jewelry purchased on www.zagbijoux.fr ZAG Bijoux stores offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover loss of jewelry and wear and tear.

Boutiques & resellers

For a piece of jewelry purchased in-store or from one of our resellers, you need to return to that same store with the receipt (which is your warranty for the jewelry) to discuss with the seller what can be done.

If you are no longer in the same city/country, you can try to go to one of our nearby retailers to see if they accept it for warranty.

NB: ZAG jewelry purchased from our multi-brand retailers is subject to their after-sales service policy.
