*In addition to the legal warranty of conformity applicable in France, all jewellery purchased on www.zagbijoux.fr or at a ZAG Bijoux store is covered by a 2-year warranty service. This service covers damage that, in the opinion of ZAG Bijoux or an authorized ZAG Bijoux retailer, is not caused by improper use, normal wear and tear of the jewellery, attempted repairs, negligence, or failure to follow ZAG’s jewelry care instructions.
For a piece of jewellery purchased in-store or from one of our resellers, you need to return to that same store with the receipt (which is your warranty for the jewellery) to discuss with the seller what can be done.
If you are no longer in the same city/country, you can try to go to one of our nearby retailers to see if they accept it for warranty.
NB: ZAG jewellery purchased from our multi-brand retailers is subject to their after-sales service policy.
