Returns:

Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to return the jewelry*. Jewelry without its original packaging (tag, plastic wrap, and pouch) will not be accepted, refunded, or returned. Only the jewelry itself will be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns to stores or the showroom are not permitted.

Please include the order number so we can identify the order. If we are unable to identify the package, the jewelry will not be refunded.
