In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the shipping and return costs, provided that the product has not been worn and that the jewel keeps its small reference tag as well as its original packaging. If the jewel no longer has its original packaging (reference tag, plastic, pouch), no refund will be made.
Refunds can only be made to the credit card used for payment.
If a piece of jewellery was purchased with a discount code, then the refund or credit note will take into account the amount paid with this code. The same applies to defective jewellery.
It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. You will have to place a new order online.
For any cancellation of an order, please send us an email within one hour of your order to info@zagbijoux.fr specifying your full name and your order number, we will do the necessary.
During the festive season, for all orders placed in December, returns are extended until 10 January.
All returns of jewellery purchased on our website must be made through our service.
The jewellery cannot be deposited in our ZAG shops or at our resellers.
