Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product* to the seller for a refund (or request a store credit) without penalty, except for shipping and return costs, provided that the product has not been worn and that the jewelry still has its small reference tag as well as its original packaging. If the jewelry no longer has its original packaging (reference tag, plastic wrap, pouch), no refund or store credit will be issued.
For hygiene reasons, piercings are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Refunds can only be made to the credit card used for payment.
In case of a refund request, return fees will apply. In mainland France, a flat fee for return shipping will be charged to the customer: €6.00 (incl. VAT) for a home return and €4.50 (incl. VAT) for a return from a pickup point. In Europe, these fees will be €12.00 (incl. VAT).
In case of a store credit request, no return fees will be applied. Store credits are valid for 28 days from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other codes (store credit, loyalty voucher, special offer).
If a piece of jewelry was purchased using a discount code, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount. The same applies to defective jewelry.
If a piece of jewelry was purchased using a store credit, please contact our customer service at serviceclients@zagbijoux.fr or info@zagbijoux.fr to have a new store credit issued.
Promotional offers: for orders placed during a promotional period such as “1 free piece of jewelry for every 3 purchased,” the free item must also be returned in the event of a full or partial refund request that affects the conditions of the offer.
During the end-of-year holiday season, for all orders placed in December, the return period will be extended.
All returns of jewelry purchased on our website must be processed through our return service. Jewelry cannot be returned to ZAG boutiques or resellers.
For any order cancellation, please send us an email within one hour of placing your order at info@zagbijoux.fr, indicating your full name and order number. We will take care of it accordingly.
